South light, opening windows, porches and patios on the ground floor and a lovely neighborhood park next door are all enjoyable. Landscaping is the “permaculture” model — many edible plants mixed with natives and hearty shrubs requiring minimal water long term. Features for residents include:

Studio apartments (10 total) are approximately 450 square feet in size, and are priced at $555/month. Heat is included in the rent.

One bedroom apartments (6 total) are between 600-900 square feet and vary in price from $635/month to $695/month. Heat is included in the rent. Each apartment is unique in some way.

Park Cottages is managed by Steve and Molly who formed Lockwood Properties, Inc. when they decided to build the apartments.
